Hervey Bay City Council's Land for Wild Life Program

"The Hervey Bay Golf and Country Club have recently been accepted into Hervey Bay City Council's Land for Wildlife Program

"The Hervey Bay Golf and Country Club have recently been accepted into Hervey Bay City Council's Land for Wildlife Program.  This is a voluntary program which offers the golf club many benefits such as: free native plants for revegetation projects; support from Council staff; a regular newsletter packed with valuable information; free nest boxes; and the opportunity to apply for a small grant for on-ground conservation work.  In exchange the golf club is providing extra habitat for our precious wildlife, and contributing positively to nature conservation in Hervey Bay"  If you would like more information about this and similar programs, please click on the link below:
